We process only the information needed to operate the website, answer messages, protect the service and understand basic use. This notice covers the website; Booksy and other external destinations apply their own notices.

First-party base statistics

Every page loads a request to /collect/ independently of the optional-cookie choice. The base event is intended to be cookieless and limited to language, event time, time zone, referring page and ordinary server request data such as IP address and user agent. It supports security and aggregate site measurement. Rejecting or ignoring optional cookies does not suppress this base request.

Optional storage

The consent control stores only the visitor’s optional-cookie choice in local browser storage. No advertising or personalisation cookie is enabled by the current build. If that changes, this notice and the control must be updated before activation.

Contact and retention

Emails contain the information the sender chooses to provide and are retained only as needed to respond, keep an appropriate record or meet legitimate legal and security needs. Security and children
